This place is wonderful! There's a pet fee if you have a furry baby. However, if you have a service pet, with proof that he's a service fur baby, there's no pet fee.nnThe staff is a little short right now, but the staff is amazing! Always friendly! Always! Just want to put that out there!nnMy stay was amazing!!!

My room was amazing. The staff were all very helpful. Especially Nina and Kevin. I had to stay for an extended time while having work done on my home. The premises were kept clean. Room was comfortable. Cleaning routine was well scheduled. The location was close to highway and many restaurants, stores and entertainment venues.

Hotel was clean and modern.nParking was accessible & the airport was very close but....... the staff... Need some refreshers when it comes to customer service and hospitality. Staff was often times sitting down and eating, barely glancing up and only did so if you spoke first. We were checking out and wanted return the cart and room key... the attendant would not come and open the door for us but instead wanted us to return the cart on the other side of the building. The side of the building that is reserved for guests CHECKING IN. The night shift wore pajamas and we did not even realize she worked there until she walked to the desk to check us in. Good place and I would have stayed again until our interaction with the young lady from our checkout. Tammy , (I think that is the manager's name) please have some more orientation and training for your staff.

I booked and paid the hotel fee a day ago and once I arrived with my family, they advised hotel is full and they didn’t inform me, we were surprised and they have our contact numbers and they didn’t call us even the hotel fee paid. The hotel management is a big question mark!

My mom and I stayed here for a short stay, it was a great location.nStaff were friendly and welcoming, hotel was clean and modern.nParking was accessible & the airport was very close.nI didn’t care for the breakfast that much but I would definitely stay again!
