There were a couple of minor issues but the GM Terrance took care of them immediately. He was awesome!nnOne disappointment for me, there's no USB outlets to plug in the cords without the blocks. For the cost, the hotel should be upgraded. Some repairs needed to interior experience, however, my personal stay was awesome! I was able to rest and that's what I needed!nnAgain, Terrance, the GM was awesome and attentive!
Hotels by the ATL airport can be hit or miss…nnHit: Front desk staff was great. Very friendly/professional. They offered us our Hilton Honors amenities w/o us askingnnMiss: We arrived 9PM and left at 5AM for an early flight. Our Hilton profile (and reservation) were non-smoking, but the room smelled like my grandmother’s apartment after 20 years of smoking. We had been driving all day and were tired, so we did not let the front desk know.nnNot really sure where we would stay the next time. Even though it’s a drive, might stay in the suburbs.nnMake sure to read the reviews of the area hotels before your visit; the Hilton property we stayed at the last time had a ‘blood splatter issue’ in a recent review which is why we picked this place…
I've always enjoyed my stay at this location. The only issue I had was I had 2 queen beds and was only given 2 towels and 2 washcloths.needed 4 for 2 kids and 2 adults. Other than that it was great
OMG...the shower was MAGNIFICENT! Great call on the multiple settings. I've been moving furniture for 2 days and that shower worked wonders, then the bed was like icing on the cake. Loved it. And Dwayne with a capital D was AWESOME!!!
This hotel is located in a great area, busy but plenty to do and close by. However I’ve stayed at this establishment 2x in the last 6 months and both times I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned. This was after I was turned away from checking in 20 mins early because they were checking rooms and we are in the midst of a pandemic. This was extremely frustrating and then the room I was moved to was close to the ice machine that ran all night sounding like a lawn mower and produced no ice. I was so disappointed because Hilton has a higher standard than this and pride themselves on customer satisfaction. This was not the case here. Both times the staff made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them instead of the other way around. I will not stay here again.
