Dave's estimate was spot on plus gave me a reduction due to a minor issue that I would have not even noticed, very transparent. I was having issues with the up-stairs being much warmer than the main floor. After talking with Josh about my problem and discussing possible solutions, he recommended installing a solar powered attic fan to help remove some of the built-up heat. His guys were prompt, professional, cleaned up afterward, and the attic fan looks great and doesn't cost anything to run. I would recommend Black Diamond Roofing to anyone needing roofing or help venting their attic.
