As a Marriott enthusiast through and through, I must say the hospitality here is number one, through and through. Free hot breakfast, clean, reasonable rooms, and impeccable service that will leave you with a smile or maybe even something better! Special shout out to Mr Bryan Sawyer for making our stay unforgettable! We will be back!

Needed a place to stay because we had plumbing issues at home. Booking was quick and easy. Hotel is nice and new. The lady at the front desk was nice and greeted us kindly when we arrived.nnWe needed three extra pillows and called the front desk. Whoever answered the phone said they had the pillows available and we needed to come down to pick them up because they were about to switch shifts with someone else.nnWe went downstairs only to be told by a woman at the front desk (whoever replaced the employee for a shift change) that they had no extra pillows - she did not look into it or check if there were extra pillows. I’m not buying it. The parking lot is extremely empty tonight and the hotel doesn’t look fully booked - probably due to COVID-19.nnPoor communication between staff. Not to mention careless unnecessary exposure for us to go downstairs only to be promptly told there are no pillows.nnJust for that, two stars. As a platinum member this type of service is not something I’m used to with Marriott. Not coming back.

power out, no solution. booked two rooms they are on different floors. request two queen beds, I was given one king bed. not very happy...

I walked into the hotel and NO bath towels in my room, when I called to the front desk they told me I needed to come downstairs to grab them.... once I did, no sorry or apologize. I got a sassy attitude kept saying “do you understand” when i kept asking if we don’t automatically get bath towels in our room. Went to school for Hotel Restaurant Management and hope to get better service in the future.

Beautiful new hotel. Even has that new building smell. Checked in, unpacked in room and turned on TV... it didn't work. Had to repack and move to another room. When asked to move to room with king bed, i was told it's not possible. This is at a hotel with less than 10% occupancy and a broken TV !? They do have a indoor pool and exercise room. The hot breakfast that's included with room is of school cafeteria quality. With the poor customer service and unappealing breakfast, i cannot see the value of this more expensive hotel over the cheaper hotels off the interstate.
