I’m still currently staying in the hotel here but I just have to stay, the staff here is absolutely amazing! Bonita, Tomika, Rodney, all of them! They have made our stay feel like we are at home! We moved to Georgia from Ohio in august and got ourselves into a sticky situation and ended up having to stay in a hotel. We found this one and they’ve made us feel like family from day one! Anything we’ve ever needed, they’ve went above and beyond for! If your looking for a great hotel to stay short or long term, I recommend Extended Stay America! You won’t be disappointed!
I had to stay with my wife for her last few days of work in Atlanta before moving back to Florida. The building was great. The staff were super friendly. It's nearby a bunch of food places so you can pick something up quickly if you don't feel like cooking. The kitchen was big enough to cook and the kitchenware they had were in good condition.
My check in girl was AMAZING! She was so friendly and got me checked in super fast. She even called to make sure my room was OK. I ended up getting a complimentary room upgrade because they were out of the room I wanted. Absolutely LOVE my upgraded room. So big, so clean, so quiet! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making my experience a GREAT one!
Wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. We had cooking accommodations as well. The customer service was extremely helpful and polite. We also received extra towels and a cot. The environment was calm and nice with great restaurants in the area.
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks after losing our home to a fire. The team members at this hotel were very accommodating, and it was so comforting to have a safe place to keep our cat and our belongings. I can’t thank you guys enough for what that meant during that insane time. I appreciate how welcoming they were even during the middle of a pandemic.
