I have never stayed there but I'm glad I didn't. I had a last-minute change in plan, but because it was a non-refundable third-party reservation, I called the hotel, and I asked one of the managers asked if they can change the dates. They stated they had no problem doing so but I had to go through the third party who called and asked but the hotel refused. I have stayed in hotels all my life for work and it's usually first-class hotels are the ones that care about their customers, while cheap, low-service ones are the ones that try to nickel and dime you!
Rooms were a little dated and tv remote didn’t work but everything was clean when I walked in. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a major let down as I’m sure because of covid. I’ll stay here again no major issues to complain about
Very friendly staff and service. Really good service, clean room. & breakfast was nice
Our room was nice and clean and employees were friendly. Our only complaint was that the water in our shower was barely lukewarm and never warmed up.
just now on GooglenThey state that they have “hot breakfast” that’s total b.s. barley anything I don’t care for myself, but when you have a student athlete that needs to eat it pretty disappointing and you feel you got robbed because breakfast is a big reason for me to book this place. Never again!
