This was my second stay at Hampton Inn and Suites Johns Creek. I really liked staying there the first time so I went back when I needed a place to stay while I was in the area. The accommodations were great. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was good. I do not like my room being bothered during my stay, so their policy of service by request only suited me just fine. Who actually uses clean sheets and towels every day anyway? Next time I'm in the area I'll be back.

I've been staying at this hotel since May 2020, and I will say this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff as a whole has treated me with the upmost respect and I can truly say i created a bond with everyone there. Clean room daily, managers appreciate Mon- Thurs, and still serving a hot breakfast daily during this pandemic. That is appreciate for the guest that is unmatched.

Couldn't be happier with our stay! The staff are some of the friendliest I have ever encountered! The entire hotel, including my room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. We will stay here again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Needed a room ASAP and was told to book online to save money by the man working at the front desk. After I booked he told me we couldn't check in for another couple of hours which was exactly the opposite of what we needed. Shouldn't be an issue right? We should just be able to cancel the reservation and chock it up to a miscommunication, right? Nope. They cancel the reservation and tell me they'll work with me on the refund then refuse every single attempt I took at getting said refund. I never left the lobby, never got a room key, never even officially checked in. The entire interaction lasted less than 10 minutes and I'm out my entire reservation cost because of a miscommunication and simple greed on their side. This mistake was largely their fault, cost them nothing, and they're keeping all of my money.nnAlong with this the man at the front desk took his mask OFF to talk to me about this. In the middle of a pandemic he removes his mask and leaves it hanging off of his ear while we discuss what happened. The complete disregard to their customers satisfaction and health is shocking. Go to literally any other hotel in this area, there are many around that treat their customers with respect and actually wear masks and take COVID seriously.
