To be honest some of the staff can work on there people skills the front desk is very helpful with making sure that your stay is comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the guest walking hard on the 2nd floor late at night. Over all it's a very nice place to stay over night at. Restaurants are all in walking distance and u get free breakfast but due to covid there only doing bag breakfast for now either way they make sure that everyone gets there free breakfast and wifi. So if your ever in Atlanta and in that area please stop by trust me you will feel very welcomed there.

Nice people the tv only got BET in room 224 and in 226 the light as soon as you walk in didn't work. It was very clean

Floor was very sticky and sheets had stains. Overall the room was clean and cozy.

Well it covid season and no one enter the hotel without their masks on. No food served here.
