VERY POOR MAINTENANCE/ MANAGEMENT..1star.as of Last week my daughter reported they have NOW REPAIRED/ REPLACED her issues..I was the one concerned/ complaining 5 stars... And I need to APOLOGIZE TO THE OFFICE STAFF FOR BEING RUDE TO HER..PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES FOR MY BEHAVIOR DURING MY CALL..Thanks for handling the situation expeditiously
