ud83dudc4dThe hotel was nice! The room was clean and spacious! The bathroom was a nice size the shower was good... Could have used a little bit more pressure but it was still good water was nice and HOT! The beds were a little small seemed more like two twin beds than full beds, but they were comfortable! Nice view from our room and great location!nud83dude20 The AC seemed to preset on a timer because it would jump on and off and only run for about five minutes. Which was horrible in the middle of the night it got hot! They have signs posted about a 11am prompt check out however they have housekeeping knocking before 9am not cool!! No breakfast being served until next week.

They had roaches. We let the staff know and they put us in the room directly next door. That had roaches too. You have to clean your own room apparently. Nasty smells and nasty. Very disappointing! Lobby had dirty towels on the floor. This is sad, I know they dont wash the sheets, it was just not clean.

I travel with me company and this was by far the worst. Room wasn't clean people sleeping in lobby.

Honestly it doesn't deserve a star. My family and I stayed one night here we originally booked 2 but after our first stay I requested a refund that same day. Hotel is very filthy. My husband asked for some extra towels they told him he had to go back to the room bring the old towels back and then he will get some more. I went down to the desk ( I forgot to mention the phone doesn't work that's why we doing a lot of walking) without the towels and told her that wasn't our job to bring and come get our towels. I also asked them about the TV because the channel wasn't showing. The lady said they only had four channels. Then I told her our lights kept blinking on and off. She said it does it all the time. I also told her they said no smoking but the floor we were on smells like weed. The towels smelled liked they hadn't been washed. I had several spots on my rug. This was a complete disaster. All this happened and yet the manager never stop scrolling on her phone. Stay date 3/12/21
