Both nights we stayed, we were kept awake by loud neighbors! The first night, we complained twice and nothing was ever done. The second night, there was a kids birthday party on the same floor as ours! Also, the whole hallway smelled of marijuana! You have to use your key to go up and down the elevator (pain in the butt). Our toilet lid fell off the toilet and the microwave wouldn’t reach the outlet, so we had to move it to be able to use it. Oh! Better bring your hair dryer, there wasn’t one in the room. The manager couldn’t be reached for 3 days, so finally we called corporate. They didn’t seem to care and did nothing to make it better. Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in.
Horrible... it looks and feels more like a cheap motel than a Hotel. Its under construction and its LONG over due. Outdated Decor, the toilet seat was stained. To enter the room the door had to be jimmied to open and there was no latch inside. I expected better for the area.
AWFUL! AWFUL AWFUL! The lobby was tacky and smelled funny. But since I was there, I got the room anyway. The room was ok. We dropped off our stuff and left to meet family. We came back and SOMEBODY HAD BEEN IN OUR ROOM!!! They offered us another room, but the whole floor smelled like smoke. It was bad. I went downstairs and requested a full refund. On the way, some sleepy guy was in the hallway trying to hit on me and my friend. Not what I expected from a Marriott. I STILL haven't received my refund!!! The best part was the staff was accommodating.
This is the worst hotel in America. Do No Stay Here!!! I booked reservations for my brother for a one night stay and the room they provided was dirty! The bathroom was not clean at all, the mattress was soggy with a huge dent in the middle. There was green stuff in the corners of the walls in the bathroom. When my brother and his girlfriend asked for another room, they were told no by hotel staff. The next morning when they woke up there was no working water in the room. Hotel staff told them they hotel is under construction. I called the several times asking to speak with management to get a refund. Management never returned my call. Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms are disgusting and mangement & staff are un professional. Go to the Hilton across the street!
There was so much problem at this hotelud83dude21nn1. I got to the room the toilet wasn't work properly.n2. They only give you one towel for a room with 2 queen bed. ud83eudd14n3. I had the TV on i plug in the iron the TV went out.nnSo now I went to the front desk they give me another room here we gonn2nd Room 222nnThe light in the bathroom not working properly going in and out. Ok whatever got dress left came back about 12 got there frozen food from the front desk and two cup soup got to the room try to heat up the food microwave now working properly so now at this point I just can't wait for morning so I can leave.nnNow it's morning checking out I told them about the problems and I couldn't get to eat the food and the lady only took the cup soup off my bill smh I would never go back there........
