THREE WORDS. Building. Manager. Sucks.nIf it weren't for him I'd give this place easily 5 stars, but he will ruin your experience. It's like he charges you to breathe the air. If you think this guy won't affect your stay, think again. You'll want to reconsider staying here if you want to enjoy your time at PNNL.
A very good example of a place not to stay. It feels like a prison compound. Unless you have a car, get ready to feel extremely isolated. They don't let you move things around your room- so if you want to move your bed closer to the window you'll get fined. Also, the building manager is the worst part of it all- he's strict and just wants your money so beware!
Whoever decided to put Paragon in charge made the worst mistake in PNNL's history. You'll go above and beyond to leave this place in perfect condition when you leave, and they'll charge you 80$ for a lightbulb, 200$ for a towel going missing - it's just insane. Batelle seriously needs to kick Paragon out, or at least fire the building manager who is charging their GUESTS such expensive fees

Great place to live! I have lived here multiple times short during interviews and long up-to 2 months recently. The staff is great! Amenities are nice.nStudios does's have a kitchen to cook your meals, but the rooms with Twin beds have a common kitchen.nRecently, the prices went up and they moved monthly to daily rates which adds more cost on the pocket!nDefinitely recommend for short stays, but not for long term stays. You can get better/bigger and cheaper within 5 miles from this location.
