Quiet, exceptionally clean and equipped rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient getting me checked in and nicely accommodated my request for a ground floor room. I got a great deal on the price through AARP.

The staff was very kind and considerate. The only downside is that it is quite outdated but considering current events that wasn't a surprise. The quality of service and mindfulness of staff more than made up for the small tv and old stove. They had plenty of resources for us to use during our very long stay. Kyliyah, Mercedes, and Misty made me and my family feel so welcome and at home. Sandra the manager made sure we had the room that best fit our needs and the maintenance team took care of any problems we encountered.

Upon checking into our room, we discovered urine dried on the toilet seat, and dirty towels hanging on the towel rack. The carpets had debris suggesting that they were not vacuumed after the previous guests. Basically our room was not cleaned and did not meet the minimum Marriott standard. We booked this room planning to utilize the hide-a-bed but no bedding was provided. When we called the front desk to ask for bedding we were told it was in the closet. After re-checking the closet we called a second time to report that in fact it was not and we were offered an apology and told they would get it to us. An hour later we called a third time to inquire about the bedding and were told we’d have to come get it ourselves because there was no one available to bring it. Absurd!! During this pandemic, when all businesses are struggling to survive, it is unbelievable that Marriott would choose this time to completely de compensate in regards to both safety and customer service.nWe got out our Clorox cleaning wipes and completely wiped down the entire interior of the room (much like Hilton properties routinely perform), retrieved our own bedding and tried to make the best of it. However, we won’t be giving Marriott properties our business in the foreseeable future. Very disappointing after all the years we’ve supported this company.
