What a beautiful hotel! Its grand entrance and beautiful lightening was breathtaking! Our room looked out over the bay. So beautiful despite the smoke from Oregon fires. Cheryl who works with maintenance was amazing as well. She goes above and beyond to serve others!nThe restaurants' food was super good and very quick service! It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

We spent a wonderful evening on the top floor of the Lodge at Columbia Point. The view was spectacular from the balcony. My only regret was that the balconies butted up close to each other, affording no privacy for such a romantic spot. I would suggest that privacy screens be placed between the balconies to allow for more seclusion and to create somewhat of a barrier for neighbors who are talking and enjoying their own balcony. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this lodge. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The only destination in the area to offer this level of quality and service. The property is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff treat you like family and the food is next level. I would highly recommend staying here next time you are in town.

Shocking! We have been in strict quarantine since March and this is our first time out for a business trip. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite (their highest price suite) and for the first time in almost a year, we got cocktails and told the server we are so excited to be out as adults for the first time in a year. We went up to our room and were told we could not receive room service because we already got a cocktail earlier!!! We were SO shocked! We are honestly shocked!!! We were talking about Biden very quietly (we are afraid) and wondering if being Democratic meant we were shut down from service?? All I know is we gave our server over 20% tip and we are being told our server asked we not receive any more service. We are from Oregon and don't know what to do. We are not coming back! We felt so horrible coming here!

Comfortable, beautiful rooms with a great view of the river. The staff helped us feel very important. One suggestion, the breakfast should be all-inclusive instead of a basic option with add-ins via purchase. But our only regret is that we were only there for one night.
