I bought brand new single wide from them here,nice easy place to maintain park is nice neighbors are helpful and friendly,My plumbing was messed up and couldn’t flush toilet or take shower for week had to go to our other place to do so was hassle but they did get it fixed as they should but Sandra in office made it nice and made me feel like I was in good hands and would be taken care of, now things are great love the place starting to fix it up to my liking. management is easy to deal with if your calm and collected don’t jump to conclusions about things until you sort it out calmly with office if you call up upset that will not work out in your favor ever!

A park I highly enjoy going to, if you live their you get access to an overly-shallow pool, but no matter what you can always use the seating area, basketball court, play toys, and the rest of the park. In my opinion, one of the nicest parks in the area.
It's a beautiful place but is many homeless cats and no body take care about that
Was a nice mobile home park. But u have to pay taxes on the property, rent is slowly increasing every year and now they are putting towing stickers on cars parked in front of houses ud83dude20ud83dude21 really considering moving elsewhere ud83eudd28
