This park is a quiet, clean and safe little community. I love it here. Problems, which are few, are promptly resolved. The Owner/Landlord is a Very kind and fair gentleman (and he’s got some badass trucks)! The price is Very reasonable and you can grow a garden, flowers and some even have yards. People here are more permanent also.
I'm delighted every day to be living here! The park is peaceful and friendly, with sweet and helpful neighbors all around. My landlord is a kind gentleman who has made me feel safe and happy here since day one. The people look out for each other and have patience for one another. i'm happy to call this park my home.
Owner violated several laws to harassed me a disabled veteran until i had no other option than to move and seek legal remedy's.
Not renter freindly. Wow jerry (the landloard) really...this is what I'm talking about, was that the whole 8 years jerry?
