Garys is a great landlord if you pay your bills on time. Lots of sketchy people who come and go but not all of are bad.
My friend lives here and I visit here frequently, the rooms themselves are fair, my friend lives in a studio but about a week after staying there one of the burners on the stove stopped workingnnUnfortunately this location suffers because of the people living there, police cars are there nearly every night and you are likely to be asked for a cigarette or some change when you pull innnThis place says its a hotel but from what I've seen its more of an apartment
Fix the stairs and other things then it might b better.worst place. Bad landlord don't fix anything for the money u pay it should be fix up. Stairs loose. Mold and water leaks in bathrooms.
