Descent place to live with some decent neighbors (some druggies), but with the new Dupertail bridge, the poor management and maintenance team on -site, I would rate this community very, very poor to live. The water system, the winter (snow) safety plan is insane. They are so unorganized and your rent will continue to go increase when they do nothing to help. They don't do anything and they do not give you any heads up for any notifications. HORRIBLE SERVICE CONTINUOUSLY OVER 3+ YEARS!

ok..rent a bit high, but ok place, convenient
This is a decent place to have a small party, like a baby shower. There are tables, folding chairs, a couch, and a pool table. There's a nice kitchen area and restrooms. You have to keep everything indoors, though - kids at the party aren't allowed to play outside, for example. Parking is terrible!
