New owners have totally destroyed the place, a once quiet peaceful community. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Zero stars. I don't recommend buying a home here anymore.
Upper scale mobile home park..Better than most in the area.
This is an old mobile home park. It has lots of problems with the sewer and water system. The water gets shut off a lot, with no warning, sometimes for days. The office number is worthless, they never answer the phone, never give updates on when the problem will be fixed. They keep raising the lot rent every year.
Really quiet place to be they have a playground for children , swimming pool people are friendly
