Stopped for nights stay while traveling through with wife and my 2 daughters. Hotel right off I-75 and typical decent area with gas stations, convenience stores, and restaurants.nArrived fairly late. Very nice lady for check in and very quick. Room was fresh with clean comfortable beds, good pillows, clean bathroom and new fresh towels.nVery quiet and good visitors that I seen. Nice people in the breakfast room in the morning.nBreakfast was a little better than usual with biscuits and gravy, eggs, good sausage, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, etc.nRoom, beds, check-in / out , area and stay, convenience was better than expected so I recommend this place to any traveler. Thanks to the folks at this Best Western!
My family made the spur of the moment decision to stay here after a long day on the road. We were pleasantly surprised by the size & cleanliness of the room especially given the price. We also like the fact that they were still serving a hot breakfast, even if we had to take it back to our room to eat. Plus, the breakfast hostess was the sweetest lady in the world which was just icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the area
Found a razor blade under our remote. Otherwise everything was great, but felt unsafe after my 5 year old brought me a razor blade back when I asked for the remote. We also had an infant in the room.nUpdate: the manager wrote a letter of apology and immediately reimbursed us for the room upon learning about this incident. Upgrading to 3 stars from 2 stars due to prompt and gracious response.
I had no problem with the motel. My room was clean and in close in proximity to the moving van I was driving. The only issue is not with the hotel, it was with the dining choices in the area. I hadn’t had anything substantial to eat for nearly 24 hours and my choices were limited to junk fast food at the exit.
Awesome for the price. Spacious clean room. Quite new. Rooms are actually quiet, and there's almost nothing to hear but there seems to be a railway line in the area and the trains let everyday know that they are coming about every 30 minutes all night long. Didn't sleep a lot. Shower head urgently needs descaling and fan in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfasts is very generous and has a wide variety even during CV19 but everything tastes like carboard even the baked eggs.
