Dirty room, dirty sheets. There is a Holiday Inn Express 10 min away that was really nice and only $10 more. To top it all off, They would not refund the first night because I spent a half hour in the room while I found another place to stay.
Don't think the sheets were washed,sleep on the cushion chair.the lobby is closed so they are not offering hot fresh coffee with the price of the room .
I have stayed here before. I had an issue they took care of it. Enough said. Great place to stay.
Extremely poor management (would not authorize a 1 hour late check out while my truck was being repaired.) I had to pay an extra day even though I only needed an hour! Poorly trained check in clerks have very bad customer service skills (that includes DAY/NIGHT shift.)
I love the area, convenient access to the hwy. The staff is rude and annoying. I didn't want housekeeping in my room but I asked for towels and toilet paper. They never gave it to me. They didn't check on us either to see if we ever received it. The tub leaked onto the floor, just messy ud83eudd22
