This hotel is not what it looks like. Don’t be fooled by the amazing images you see online. I found there was a huge yellow stain which I assume is urine. Then on the side of the bed there were metal pieces sticking out which hurt my mother. Other than that the stay was fine.
Would have been nice but need upgrade no smell good stinky rug need shampoo and need better standard pillows need vent in bathroom and soap when entering not the second day and ac need working a little better stayed hot but it was ok still need ice maker working and more washer and dryer at least 2 a piece need to put carpet fresh on carpet for better smell ladybugs was on my pillow and coffee downstairs one side doesn't work decaffeinated at least put a note on it but it was ok still to stay
This location is more than lacking in the basic standards of hotels. It smelled “weird” and the rooms were filthy. Our beds literally had what looked like cookie crumbs in the bed, multiple strains of hair under the FITTED sheet, and stains on the pillow cases. Food stains were on the walls and a “mysterious” white flaky looking substance on the sofa and single chair.
The breakfast Attended Crystal is wonderful ya need to bring her back!!
My experience here was amazing. Service was wonderful. Will be back.
