I'll start with the good because there was some good. The price , the reason why I chose it, was great!nThe first day I came, the lady at the front desk was good. She was courteous, and having worked front desk myself, I know that can be a challenge.nHowever, I noticed how quickly policy changes. Whereas two days ago, she allowed me to get a room at 10am, today, when I realized I would be staying over (after I had turned in my key), she stuck with 3pm...this is despite OYO emailing me to get me to extend my stay and me visually seeing multiple rooms unbooked. (Yes I know about reservations but these rooms have been empty my entire stay. Despite the price, it's not a busy place). I dislike the lack of consistency, especially when I had left the hotel no more than 30 minutes before I realized my plans had changed. (She didn't even recognize me either lol)nI put this part last because I was thankfully able to cope with it.nI booked two beds because I was expecting someone from out of town. Thankfully he missed his flight because I took a nap on one of the beds and almost immediately realized I had bed bugs!nBased off things I had noticed already, I knew it would be hell trying to get a room change, plus I had walked 3 hours just to get here so I was too exhausted to argue.nFor the rest of my stay I slept in the other bed.nBeing on my last dollar, I loved the affordability. This chain may be one of my go-to chains when I need to save on hotels, but this one in particular needs some work.nAs with the hotel I used to work at, there has to be a commitment to consistency in cleanliness and customer service.

Very very professional ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dThe staff are the most friendliest of any motel, I have ever stayed at, I'm greeted with much love and with much respect. They will do anything to make the accommodations for visitors very comfortable.I am very safe here I do not have to worry about anyting because the people who own this motel make sure of that, we have cameras all around the building so if you think you're going to do something that is against the law they have it on film trust that you can take that to the bank.and they know about each and every guest and what they are doing in their rooms believe that too

Well I guess you get what you pay for. The room was disgusting. Ashes on the floor, trash in the drawers, food left in the refrigerator. Lucky I only need the room for the night. Couch had a strange smell and stains on it. The front desk attendant was rude. I went to ask a question and he acted like I was bothering him. I wouldn’t stay back here either again.

I have nothing bad to say about the motel. The staff and owners have been very respectful and nice to my partner . I've never seen or heard of abed bug since I've been here and I've been coming over to this motel for years and years and years and I don't know how many different rooms I've had, but I've had nothing but awesome rooms. And fresh comfortable ud83dudc4c bed's to see on.
