Been doing business here for 11 years Great motel for the price. People here are the most nicest I have dealt with in motel history. Friendliest and most caring I have been around in my history of staying in motels around the Atlanta area.
The price was fine for a night but air conditioner not working at all and neither the TV remote control. It's just fine if you wanna spend only one night like me.
I like the rooms they are really doing some cool upgrades to this place a friend of mine does mantainece there it's clean and not a lot of activity going on
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked this hotel for a friend who was sleeping in the street they refused to let her stay because I used a third party website. They also did not call me to inform me of the issue or ask for alternative payment which I offered to provide. When I called to ask what happened we were hung up on 8 times and then ignored. They are now charging us a cancelation fee. Worst customer service i have ever recieved. People were rude and disrespectful.
I dont like housekeeper she is rude and disrespectful as a ex- housekeeper i know the rules and protocol which she didnt follow apart from her its a good i dont have much money getaway spot.
