The room appeared to be clean pulled back the blanket the sheets were extremely filthy with stains everywhere. The worst thing of all BED BUGS!!!!! try to notify the office that they were bedbugs when he came to look at the room of course they were nowhere to be seen so he decided he would give us another set of sheets. Shortly after sure enough my son gets bit by another bed bug This time we were able to capture video and a picture and we also found eggs in the other bed.We end up having to leave and sleep in the car the next day they had an attitude that they have to give me a refund I would not recommend staying at this place place
Clean Rooms, Updated Decor,nQUIET, the TV size + cable not the best, Beds are comfy, you can get a good night's rest here. RATE reasonable.
This place DOES NOT deserve any stars! If it wasn't for a last minute booking, I would have NOT booked with this place! I reserved a non smoking 3 queen room and recieved a smoking 2 queen and 1 twin cot squeezed by the window room! There were cigarette burns on all of the blankets and sheets and the top of the microwave was busted at the top! Never again would I go here nor would I recommend to anybody!
No thrills! Older unit, staff was ok at best. The patels should try and be a bit more friendly. Non smoking rooms was clean for the age.
Came for 1 night stayed for 3. I've bin back 3x in a month. Something I never do. Really great place. Really friendly, really respectful, and they give you time to leave. Really great staff. Hands down they are out doing their competitors. You will come back.
