Always great service! Young lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! Great place to stay! I think the Manager Maria was so friendly and polite! Definitely recommend my room was clean and service was amazing!
Before booking here I would SERIOUSLY search for another. My room had roaches in it. The refrigerator was not clean. I slept here for three nights and housekeeping kept my old washcloth and towel in the bathroom and added new ones. The floor hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The microwave was dirty. Housekeeping didn’t replace new coffee packs or cups my entire stay. There’s a big cemetery behind the hotel but that didn’t bother me much.nnSome of the plus sides also was a clean bathroom, the heat worked and the tv worked. The hotel is also very close to restaurants and a gas station.nnIf this wasn’t for business I would’ve left the first night but not again would I stay here.
Not bad at all for a budget hotel. Rooms were clean and bug free
I've been coming here for 3yrs now very accommodating per friendly which is important to me several restaurants nearby and Chattanooga few miles away
The front desk was not helpful when I asked for help. When I asked for a refund for the use of a dryer, Angela would not provide one. When I asked for a chair to sit on till my taxi came, she would not provide one. When I asked for more hangers for my room, she could not give me more because she said previous customers take them. Plus, My room was not clean on one of the days I stayed.
