Clean, fresh-smelling, comfortable room (#256), quiet. Bed was a little firm for my taste but I think its a preference. Check in was a breeze with no reservations. Free continental breakfast in the lobby. Good location with quick access to I-75, lots of stores/eateries close by. This motel completely served its purpose. I would stay here again.
I'm giving 5 stars only because of the front desk clerks. They were great. Friendly, accommodating and informative. Downside was the cleaning lady. I stayed 2 nights and she woke me up at 9:30 am both mornings. 2nd morning she had the gall to open the door. Good thing I was under the covers or it would have been quite embarrassing. She did the same thing to a friend in another room. As I said 5 stars because of the front desk. Otherwise would have been a 2 or 3.
Toilet was broken reported more than twice room door wouldn't even lock was told there was a camera by the roomnso nothing bad happens in that areanRate went up 30 $ on Saturday after a 5 night stay . Housekeeper will bang on the door at 9am waking you up . The place is run down I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The food nearby was great .
The front desk workers were very friendly, however, the overall cleanliness of the room was beyond disgusting. Very surprising especially during COVID precautions. The mattress cover had obvious stains from previous people as well as all the surface tops had sticky residue.
I wouldn't recommend this place to noone! 100$ for a room, first one smelled like puke or sewage.2nd room tv didn't work. Spent 2 hrs trying to fix, no go.Night clerk said we'll give you a discount. Clerk on duty says I can't do that the manager isn't here. I said 5 words , I'm calling the police, she says. I just laughed said do it and left.
