I enjoy living in the park. The ladies in the office are very pleasant and will help you if you have a problem. The only problem I have is it takes them so long to get the the stuff in to fix any thing. No fault of the park. They can't work if they don't have what they need to work with.

It looks like they're beginning to fix it up but I'll withhold my judgment for now
These are good starter apartments but the upkeep on the property needs to be better as far as updating. There are some really nice updated homes, that are barely rented but there is more home that need updating.
Quiet, close knit community. Love the updates they are making for the community. Out with old homes & in with new. Just wish they had a larger swimming pool area.
