Great service and very polite front desk person room was very clean I will be coming back to this location too stay again

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago (2016 time frame) while the Hampton Inn was still under construction. It remains the worst hotel experience of my career. I was sorting through some old documents and actually found a sheet with all the issues I had written down. The least memorable include the following. The room was generally filthy and smelled strongly of cheap deodorizer. The carpet was so dirty that I made footprints as I walked from the carpeted bedroom onto the white tile floor in the bathroom. All bathroom hardware was rusted. There was no hanger for a hand towel. I noticed pubic hair on the clean towel. The mini refrigerator was broken, and I found a live roach in it. A floor tile in the bathroom was cracked. The alarm clock was inoperable. I noted significant scuffs on the wall. I was not provided a WiFi code. This experience cost $80/night.

Nice quiet rooms on the backside of this motel. King bed rooms have a decent chair and updated sink area. Furniture is a bit dated and worn. Fridge worked okay but freezer didn't as it was all frosted up. Staff was friendly and rate was reasonable.

WARNING ⚠ufe0f DO NOT BOOK HERE!! The first room they put me in was 213 (QUEEN Double bedroom) the latch on the door was broken!! Then they moved me to Room (218 KING BEDROOM) this room was completely WORSE than the first one. It’s DEAD BUGS on the floors, ashes in a non smoking room, spider webs in the corner or the walls, the light to turn on the vanity mirror barely worked and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. I went to front desk about this issue they lied and said it wasn’t any more room available. I wish I could upload this video of this room.

Poorly maintained, run down. Not super clean. Out of many amenities. Grab and go breakfast was very sparse.
