We stayed for just one night on an overnight driving trip. When we got to our room it seemed clean enough, but smelled of bad eggs. As I inspected the bed I realized an abundance of hair on the sheets, both beds. I went to the lobby and asked for new sheets and they accommodated my request well. I woke up at about 4 AM to a dripping noise, it was the bathroom tub. I tried to turn the nozzle to see if it would stop, but it didn’t. Walls were paper thin. Would not stay again. There are better hotels just as affordable out there.
Our toilet was clogged but wasn't an issue. Place was clean and nice beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great and good options. Would definitely stay again when in the area
I am disappointed in our stay. The pool was very cloudy and when I told staff , she was very nice but manager tests the pool and added ph+. Said wait an hour and it would be fine..... we waited 2 hours and got in to the pool to find broken chlorine tabs. At least they tried to fix it right.......
Nice clean rooms. Helpful staff. Nice hot showers and comfy beds
Dirtiest place I've ever stayed and I travel a lot... left my reservation early, took the loss on the money to go stay somewhere clean. Highly recommend crown plaza.
