After you pick your bike they take the time to do a full check up and ensure it is in perfect condition for you to ride it out. The lead mechanic is through, knowledgeable, and makes sure you know all the safety tips about your new bike. This is one of the best local businesses in the tri-cities. If you are looking for a bike to keep or rent this should be the first place you need to go.

Wow!!!! I went into the shop today looking for tubes for kids bikes. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, the owner ( I think it was ) went out of his way to make sure all my needs and questions were met. It’s a awesome shop with every kind of bike and parts for maintenance you could possibly think of. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for anything from a mountain bike to a cruiser. Super fun atmosphere on top of it.

I brought my bike in to Charles, it was in bad need of repair. My son is special needs and had wrecked a few times. They did an amazing job of fixing it up, cleaned it and did a few things that they didnt even charge me for. It is a safer bike and I really appreciated there input and kindness. They were very knowledgeable about the brand and what the bike needed. Thank you Charles and staff!

After discussing my biking needs due to knee surgery, I ordered a low step-through Biria bike through Reborn Bike Shop. The bike came 6 weeks later, which is quite amazing considering the slow-down of bike manufacturing that has occurred since the pandemic. I am in love with my new bike, but that’s not the most important part. Charles was so incredibly helpful in helping me choose this particular bike. It’s clear he’s been in the bike business for awhile - he knew brands and construction and quality and what was currently available for my needs. He called the manufacturer the day I ordered the bike to find out availability, current pricing and shipping times while I was standing there. Each time I went into the shop to inquire about progress, he called the manufacturer to check on delivery while I was present. He eventually gave me the tracking information so I could follow my bike’s progress myself. When it arrived, his capable and efficient staff expertly assembled it and fitted it to me and I was off!! My smile has not dimmed with each riding of my new bike - I’m totally happy with my bike and my new bike shop!nnIt seems to me that the success of a business can be monitored by how happy its customers are. If my satisfaction alone is not enough for you, all you have to do is step into Charles’ and Susan’s shop to see the customers inside. Their experiences are written all over their faces, too. This shop’s customers are more of a community than a collection of individuals. It’s clear Reborn already has an all-inclusive following with singles and families. My husband also bought a used bike from the shop and experienced the same attention to detail and great service. There’s no doubt we have found our new bike-buying and servicing home.
