Had a flat roof replaced by JNN. They ruined the architecture of my home by completely altering the roof without permission. Lied about why they did it. They eventually fixed it, but 6 months later the leaks started. They came back twice and patched the job. They told me they would need to redo the flashing in a spot if that didn’t work. It leaked again and now they don’t return our calls. We are now having to sue them.
JNN Contractors should be the go to company for roofing and general contracting work. I had both needs a kitchen remodel to be done and some roofing work, they were fantastic and their craftsmanship was excellent. The budget estimate was right on the money, I ended up paying exactly what they quoted and not a penny more. I highly recommend them.

I connected with JNN contractors through a mutual friend.nI had a leak in the flat roof of my house that came into the ceiling of that room.nI needed repair work done on my roof and the drywall ceiling of that room.nJNN came out and performed a repair on both the roof and the ceiling of that room.n16 months later, the flat roof started leaking in the SAME PLACE. The repair JNN did ripped open and started leaking in the SAME PLACE in the ceiling of the SAME room.nWhen I called JNN, I spoke with one of the owners Jackie and was told they were busy and would get back to me. They NEVER did.nI waited a few days until it started raining again.nI called but went to voicemail. I left Jackie a message, but never received a callback.nI sent a text message to Jackie but never received a reply.nI am currently getting estimates for repairs from reputable roofing companies. All of them say that the repair was not done right.nIt is disgusting that companies hide behind telephones and don’t return calls to customers.
