The salesman and on-site representative were very respectful and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. The roof was completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that they left their very large truck parked on my driveway for a week. My asphalt driveway sank a bit from the weight of the truck. They would get a five star rating barring the issue of my driveway.
These are good guys. They did a good job for us at a reasonable price. We must encourage folks who do good work while being professional doing so. I’m a satisfied customer.
Duke is the KING of roofers. Every worker was on time, courteous, and a hardworking professional...they really are great representatives for the company. Roofing is a messy job, but they cleaned and hauled all the debris leaving nothing behind. Fast and impressive finish work done in record time. Well, I called Jose Duque. Even though, he heard a female voice, he did not categorize me and overcharge me. He came for a free estimate. Gave me 2 options: 1 for the repair and the other one for the roof replacement. Both prices were great. By the way, another guy with no licence charged me the same price for the same job. It is practically more since I would not have any where to go if something would have happened. Well, Duque company is legit, on time, great service, great consideration for Military and Police officers. Well, all my roof works will be on them. I am 110% satisfied. He worked for the whole neighborhood by the way. And they are not hungry for money, you pay when the job is done. They sent you an invoice. Customer service to the T.
This was my first time having to do anything with the roof and I vetted multiple companies. Dukes was on point, comprehensive and my new roof looks beautiful. The quality of work they do is amazing. Jose, Gustavo And others were friendly and reassuring to answer all my concerns. Great company, quality work And amazing people working there, thank you to all.
