The new owners are turning this place around. It seems like things are becoming cleaner and in return more desirable people are coming here to stay. People who stay here are usually long term, creating a great community!

We have new owners, they are the rudest people on the planet. They are raising the rents by 75% while cutting any amenities what so ever.nThe bulldozed the kids play area, do NO maintenance, refuse to answer any questions you may have. intimidate any with a question. LIE and swindle everyone. DO not move here, ever
