This hotel was exceptional in all areas. The staff was professional and friendly, they took the COVID precautions seriously and still managed to provide superior service. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. You had to order your breakfast the night before so they could have it ready for you the next morning. You were able to either eat in your room or eat in the breakfast area. We thoroughly enjoyed this facility and highly recommend it to any travelers.
Outstanding Comfort Inn location. Always clean and well maintained. This location has done a great job updating the property with nice amenities but still maintains better than average room rates. The staff is amazing - always helpful and attentive. Breakfast here is actually really good. I stay in Choice Hotels all over the country and this location is one of the better ones, by far. I will not stay anywhere else in Kennewick.
Nice room, employees at front desk were very nice. There isn't much to do around the area, but we were just passing through so that wasn't an issue.
From the time I made the reservations to the time we left the staff was helpful, friendly and professional! The price was great, we requested to have a roo.m near friends we were traveling with and it was accommodated. They have breakfast every morning and it's great! Clean, comfortable and very close to everything to to see and restaurants. Highly recommend!!
The bedding was ripped up, I thought maybe it was just ours. But my sons room was the same way. Nobody cleaned our room. When we returned after being out for 3-4 hrs bed had not been made towels still on the floor. Had to track down the cleaning lady to ask for clean towels. Room was never cleaned during our stay. Just not up to the standard that most Comfort Inns are.
