Very clean and covid conscious. Room needs maintenance and all furniture was scuffed and beat up. Carpet had missing returns and needs trimming. Overall just a heavily worn room that needs to be remodeled. The 2.5 star comfort inn in Couer d'alene makes this look like a 1 star.
Clean room. Spacious. Loved the granite in the bathroom. Large bathroom.
staying here currently to visit family - the staff has been great. It looks like the pool and fitness center is closed (due to covid?) but they're using the downtown to renovate it nice and new.
We have been stay there every two weeks since my mom started chemo in July 2020 and this time the front girl at the desk (Yoana) wouldn't even let us have a late checkout at 1pm, without charging us a late fee. Sad that Yoana could not accommodate us. When other times the manager accomodated us. we drive 3 hrs to take my mom to her treatment which last 5-6hrs and its nice to have somewhere to wait instead of our car. Will never stay there again. Sad it was just across the street from the cancer center mom goes to.
Stayed here for 2 weeks while the construction company was finishing our house. The pandemic delayed our house date and we needed to relocate so this was our house for 2 weeks. The staff was wonderful and we will recommend this hotel when our friends and family visit in the future
