Quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Very clean. Highly recommended! Provided breakfast was a big, big variety of options. Television and direct tv was fantastic. Bed was firm and high quality.nNot perfect, toilet tank had to refill every 10 minutes due to leaking flap. Bathroom fan did not work. Tub drained so slow that it filled while showering. And finally, refrigerator was not very cold. They just needed to do some maintenance work and I did not want them to do it while I stayed there. They probably could have put me in another room if I would have asked.nOverall highly recommended!
The Best Western Plus in Kennewick Wa is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at hands down. Always super fast at check in and checkout and if you're a rewards member they always come at ya with the 2 snacks and 2 bottles of water fresh! Before covid19 the continental breakfast was bangin! But they still do a good job of getting you something in your belly before you head on your way. Thanks to all that work there for always making day!
Very nice looking hotel and service was awesome. Breakfast bar servers were really friendly and gave us exceptional service. Wish pool was open but this is the way the times.
Very nice hotel, showing a little wear and tear, but nice and clean. Cleaning staff was amazing, coming around daily to see if I needed anything. Front desk service was hit or miss in friendliness and sometimes acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Pool and fitness room was closed due to Covid-19. I had the free breakfast once during my 7-day stay and didn't care for it. I did wait until 9:30 to eat though, so it may have just been sitting out too long. I stayed in the suite with the fireplace and whirlpool tub, and there was plenty of hot water to fill the enormous tub. It was too hot to turn on the gas fireplace but would have loved to lie in bed relaxing watching the flames. Maybe I'll get to visit this winter when the West-facing windows won't make the room so warm.nnI HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel.
