The was great decent rooms nice bedding out-of-date Furniture but not too bad. However the customer service was terrible in fact this morning I was asked to leave the hotel after being here for past two nights because of traffic I booked a to bed and I had four people staying in the room my boyfriend and I and my friend's boyfriend and her. That shouldn't have been a problem to beds for people no big deal but they said because the constant in out traffic there was no traffic it was just me my boyfriend my friend and her boyfriend that's it we're not allowed to stay here anymore. They're very discriminatory I would not recommend staying at this hotel whatsoever because of that. The customer service is absolutely terrible they think they're God or king of the world and they're not they don't care about the customer whatsoever this is not a good place to stay book somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being.
Room was super comfy and clean. Staff was competent, friendly and helpful! Will be back if in the area again!
Nice, clean room with quite a few different dining options to choose from in the surrounding area.
I love that pets are accepted and we are responsible pet owners. The room given to us had 8 to 10 stains on the carpet that were very noticeable. We asked to change rooms which they did but it was very in convenient. Rooms are checked ????? It would be much better if you had hardwood floors in rooms for petsnThe front desk person said she was sorry but that was all. It made me think what else had not been cleaned.
I frequent this hotel when I'm in the area. Great staffl, great location, amazing all around!
