Have historically had poor customer service in the photo center, but this past week has proven that the entire store ha poor customer service. Placed an order online, didn't request curbside - even the order said to pick up at the photo center. Received a phone call the day after saying that I had a curbside order and that I had 30 minutes to pick it up or it would be put back. The manager running this store obviously has no clue what customer service means. When I went to pick up my order even though the order stated all but one items was available - surprise only 2 of the remaining 3 items were in the bag even though I had been charged for all of them. Sure hope the credit comes through correctly otherwise they'll be hearing from me again.

Horrible customer service, manager would not honor my coupon that was sent to me by their own company. Went to another walgreens and had no issues using it. Will file a complain with corporate.

I ordered an 11x14 hanging wood poster that was to be picked up at approximately 11:45am. When a customer approaches the photo department everyone disappears. The cashier who is very nice tried to find the order when a lady came out saying they never got the order. The cashier showed her the order. She then said the machine was broken and 'they were working on the truck'. She was the same lady who collated my spiral books through people's heads. I mentioned to the manager how I don't know how you can run a business like 'this' and he offered no option. The store had 3 customers at noon Saturday! Do not waste your time with the photo department. I then got an online notice my order couldn't be processed and was cancelled which is false. Bye Walgreens!!

Went to store to use ATM. Wanted to also purchase coffee. Wandered around store while the only apparent employees gabbed away while seemingly restocking the candy area while other customers and I looked lost. No one at registers or even cared to ask if we required assistance. Then went to CVS. Many helpful employees looking to assist. Night and day.
