I made an appointment for screen room and gutter quotes. 45 minutes prior to my appointment, man called me and said he had measured and was leaving. I told him we were traveling to the new construction home, we had questions and wanted him to honor my appointment time. He hung up on me. Once I arrived at my new home, he didn’t speak to us and just stood there- very childish and unprofessional. He was very agitatednrude and trying to get him to answer questions was very unpleasant. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the only ones in the area!
i called in to report a inncident of one of there vehicle drivers and was disappointed with the response i got . i was cut off and cursed by one of there drivers on the road . i was more shaken up then i was upset . i want everyone to be safe .so spoke with the office supervisor miss johanna and i was treated a bit poorly in my opinion . miss johanna admitted to me that this happens often with there drivers there which was scary to no that such dangerous behavior is ok . i understand that this a stressful time for everyone right now but miss johanna seemed very annoyed by me . miss johanna said she would report this to the company owner . i hope there drivers start to be more cautious on the road for everyones safety . and i hope miss johanna just understands why i called in . i just want everyone to be safe i was not trying to cause problems but she took it that way . im just an older grandpa trying to make it home safely.so sad .
They wasted my time coming out for an estimate which they showed up late for. No hassle I didn't care what price was I just wanted job done. Never showed 3 times to do the work. Poor communication. Thanks for wasting my time. Find a different company
POOR POOR MANAGEMENT. CLUELESS OFFICE STAFF WAS OF NO HELP I THINK HER NAME WAS SHELLY WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR ESTIMATE FOR A COMMERCIAL JOB AND SHE COULD NOT HELP. FINALLY SPOKE WITH OFFICE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY SNAPPY AND I FINALLY GAVE UP AND WENT TO SIMS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. EVER. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
They run over your grass and leave tire tracks in the yard. An installer even went as far as cussing out my neighborhood. Very bad experience☹ufe0f but I have learned my lesson. I will take my business elsewhere. Do not recommend
