I just want to give this company thanks for replacing my roof and having my insurance company pay for it. I was saving up money to replace my roof that was almost 25 years old recently, and I thought I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket. The roof needed replacing, and although it hurt to pay that much, I was prepared to do just that. That is until one day me and my wife were at a restaurant when our phones alerted us that someone was ringing our doorbell, and that was Matthew from Beaver Home Services. He explained to me that my roof could be replaced if he found damage from the recent storms and that he gets paid just to give a free inspection. So he inspected the roof while we drove home. And since then i have been so impressed by Matthew. He worked with my insurance company and handled every issue or question we had, and i now have a brand new roof. Matt was courteous and respectful and he made the process smooth. If he didn’t know the answer to our questions, and there were many, he told us that he didn’t know and would find out from his bosses and he always got back to us with the answers. I would recommend this company to anyone who may need a roof inspection because they may just get a brand new one and insurance will pay if they use Beaver Home Services. Our experience with Beaver Home Services was truly amazing. Joseph Hewett never gave up on us since day 1 and he never stop till we get the best shingles installed on our roof. He is very professional, responsible and reliable. We highly recommend Beaver and Mr. Hewett to everyone who wants to get the best and most reliable roofing services.

I recently had a full roof replacement from Beaver Home Services. I will admit that I was skeptical that my Account Manger, Joseph Hewett could do everything he was promising but was pleasantly surprised that he exceeded all my expectations. He helped file my claim, met my Insurance Adjuster on site and negotiated the insurance maze that certainly would have deterred me had I acted on my own. Joseph said all that he would do and did all that he said. I now have a beautiful new roof that was installed with the highest quality materials available. The install was professional, timely and hassle-free. I can't say enough good things about this company! The roll-off was delivered the day before install and picked up the day after. I was not at home when it was picked up but one of my neighbors commented that the driver picked it up, parked it in the street then came back and ran a magnet across my driveway then got a blower from his truck and blew it off. What service! Joseph was there every step of the way (except the day he was delivering his new baby) and then sent another Account Manager in his place to oversee the install. I won't need a new roof for some time but I hope this company expands into other areas of home services. If you see one of their vehicles on the road (they have many) throw a hand up. This is a great company!

Hail damage discovered during free roof inspection. Insurance adjuster confirmed & verified. Very upfront & easy process. No pressure to engage their service, however we chose to use them because they had good reputation in neighboring area and they were friendly and upfront with their estimations. We worked directly with Joe Hewitt. He was always prompt to respond to any question that arose during the process. He gave consideration to the roof repairs on our home like it belonged to his family.

Outstanding service from Cory Williams.nI've had a terrible experience with previous roofing contractors.nThat in mind (and made Cory well aware every time we spoke) he completely understood my trepidations with contractors and getting the job done right.nHad some complications due to the previous installation that created some difficulty yet issue resolved no problem. Had some cleanup and follow up issues again being very skeptical with contractors.nCalled Cory , immediate follow up and all issues corrected. called Cory again for final inspection he got on the roof took pictures of all areas even the gutters to prove the nails were removed.nI was a major pain yet he took it in stride and satisfied all concerns.nAlso recommended other trusted contractors to complete other inside jobs I'm looking to complete.nBeaver homes did right by me and Cory was the best.
