awesome manager.

I’ve lived here since 2015 and the manager hasn’t changed because she’s awesome at her job definitely recommend this place
The park is fine, neighbors maintain their trailers and property. However, the speed bumps they recently installed are way to big. Even at a coasting speed your car will leave the ground.
I have lived here 4 years now, and so far everything has been great, management takes very good care of their rental tenants which i am one, dulce is a friendly, polite and very professional manager. I’ve never had any issues, and they are always on top of their maintenance, couple ups and downs here and there. But nothing bad. Management and the maintenance crew is amazing! Maybe the people that put bad comments on here were or are bad tenants, because if you stick to what you need to do of your part, these guys will take awesome care of ya i bet! And i know many other people that have been here for years and they love it!!! Awesome place to live at! Affordable and quiet place!
Mobile holmes!!
It is an affordable Trailer Park. You can rent a Mobile Home cheaply. It is in a great location. Draw backs are: It looks a bit rundown. Management is not the best. They fix things, but very cheaply.
