BAD MANAGEMENT. Business manager pretty much called me a liar.
Refused to refund the first night where our water was cold because the install was on backwards and the staff did not know how to instruct us. No maintenance was there. No available other room. The front desk lady said that is what they would do was refund that night and get it taken care of.
Long story short, they charged us and would not refund it once they got our money. The manager argued with me on the phone just now when I followed up.
Save yourself a headache.
Good, clean, but room #126 square footage was cramped for 2 adults+kids (14yr old+10yr old). I've had spacious rooms on all previous visits. Staff were courteous and pleasant.
We did not have hot water the first night. The front desk lady did not know why and did not have a different room for us. They said they would take care of our room.
In the morning the new front desk person said room 129 was on backwards where the cold was the hot and the hot was the cold. The installation was backwards.
The manager argued with me saying it all worked perfectly. They did NOT refund our cold water nights stay. Shady business people.
The faucet leaked as did the refrigerator. Pick a different hotel... Dishonest.
Overall nice place. Room was small, but clean and the price was right.
They had me sign and initial some things at check in and the desk clerk wasn't any help when I asked for a better explanation of what he was having me sign and initial. He didn't seem to know what he was asking me to sign/initial and threatened to cancel my reservation unless I signed/initialed something that I didn't understand and he couldn't explain.
THEY ARE CROOKS. If you are a diamond member they refuse to let you check in or out early. Even when they have plenty of clean rooms. Not sure if they are really clean though since none of housekeepers wear a mask and they bring in all their kids to help clean
