Jose was really good at explaining what the problem was with my leaky roof, and taking picture to show me what was happening both on top of the roof and in the attic crawl space. I was pleased with his honesty and the decrease in the quoted price when he found there wasn't any dry rot. I would highly recommend Jose for any roofing repair.
