All I can say is my expectations were completely exceeded by Luca and his crew!! I had a leak from what was basically a pond of water on my flat roof.nnAfter comparing many different roofing companies quotes, I was shocked when Luca came over for a free estimate, and gave me the time table of when it could be completed.nnNot only was Luca’s price head and shoulders above the competition, he guided me through exactly what needed to be done, and answered all the questions I had.nnWhat stood out the most was his professional manner and commitment for safety first. I appreciate that from a buyers point of view.nnTo give 5 stars is not enough, truly. My roof is not only water proof but looks fantastic!!nnI don’t leave reviews ever, but I felt the need to give credit when it’s deserved!! Thank you Luca, hats off to your professionalism and great work!! You saved me thousands of dollars and I’m sure a few headaches from dealing with the sharks of the industry!!nnI highly recommend “The Flat Roof Specialist”!!!
