We found out about our hailstorm damage months after the event while in escrow to sell our home. Dave was fantastic, responsive, always communicating every step of the way to help us get this done on very short notice in order to close the sell on time. Jimmie Ollie was great throughout the job as well, checking with us daily. The entire team was always on time...every time... a rarity these days! Great price, no hidden costs, no surprises. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend JMAK Roofing. They provided exceptional service and professionalism from the beginning quote through the completion of the roof. We had some timing issues and Kyle promised it would be done on time and the roof was completed 3 days early. The crew did a great job. In the middle of stripping the old roof we got hit with an unexpected heavy downpour. They stayed on the roof, getting drenched, making sure the roof was protected. When the job was done, we were impressed with the time and care they took to clean up the yard and check for nails. A first class organization.

JMAK Roofing INC - don’t let the name throw you - they do it all. Our GC Loni, and his main contractor Jon were nothing short of amazing. Never once did they bat an eye at - “hey, do you think we could do this?” or hey, I’m not ud83dudcaf happy with this - it was “no, problem, how would you like it”... they busted their butts to get the top level as livable as possible for us in just 12 days (time from close, our departure from AZ, and the traveling days to FL) as we were going to be living in the house during the complete remodel of the house. Now, believe you me, living in a home that is complete remodel, (popcorn ceilings removal, texturing every single wall, priming, tear down of walls, ceiling light fixture, drywall repair, all new baseboards, all new flooring, new cabinets, building a new closet for master bedroom, framing in an opening for master bathroom, etc ) on top of moving 2000 plus miles, with a very medically fragile kid, is no walk in the park. But they made it the best they could for us, without cutting corners, getting it all done as fast as they could (while working with other trades, AND covid). Loni, always, always, answered my text, my calls, my emails. I honestly feel like we are like family now. LOL He always kept us in the loop of everything... even the bad... plus we were very happy with their pricing as well. They did an excellent job, and we highly recommend using them. Kyle is also very knowledgeable in assisting with any insurance questions and concerns.nOnce the re-roof started, the PM Josh was great, responsive, and always around and available to assist the customer and the crew.nnThe whole process from the time we agreed to go with JMAK to a new roof was 4 working days. It took 3 days to complete due to weather but had no issue with leaks during a bad thunderstorm. The crew was here each morning promptly by 0730.nThe roof is beautiful to the very last detail!!

Johnathon was great. Inspected the roof and gave us a great quote right away. Started about 4 days after we agreed to use him. Was completed in less than 2 days from start to finish. Very professional, honest and down to earth.
