Called to get an estimate and never heard back. Guess they don't need my business.nnUpdate: I did speak to someone in your office, so I do have the number. I called two other roofers for estimates and they both called me back the same day. One came out the very next day and provided an estimate. Jamie from Can-Am Roofing called after I posted the 1 google rating. He apologized for not calling back and gave me an estimate over the phone, then asked if I would delete/change my google rating. Sorry, you should have just scheduled a time to come out rather than giving me a quick phone estimate that was much higher than the one provided by the other roofing contractor.

When a sloppy inspection report was sent to the insurance company, CAR submitted its own 67-page report. Who, in any business, takes so much time to rectify a shortcoming with no valid expectations save to help a potential customer? A second inspection, this time by an experienced inspector, validated CAR’s inspection report.nnGarrett sat down with me and reviewed the various options. The re-roof was completed in two days. Garrett sent photos of various stages of the re-roofing and CAR handled all paperwork submissions to the insurance company.nnAt CAR, there is attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
