Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable. They changed my front tire tube the second I walked into the store. They also walk you through how you Can better take care of your bike and make riding more efficient. I went all over the tri cities looking for a bike and this is the place I recommend. They are also very personable and friendly.
Out of all the places I went to look for bikes Markee’s was by far the most welcoming and kind. They took the time to explain things to me and never judged that I didn’t know much about bikes. They were personable and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Left with a great bike with the help of Allen! Thanks guys!

I have been very impressed with this shop. My bike has never run so smoothly as after a tune up at Markee’s. Also this place has been very generous in giving back to the community and and is the kind of shop you can feel good about doing business with. Furthermore, Jerry and the guys are friendly, and very knowledgeable and have a ton experience. I’d recommend this place for beginner and expert cyclists. Markee’s has been amazingly helpful for me.
