I ordered a tent offline from REI and it came defective with the polls I brought it in today they fixed it everything works wonderful. REI should have a ten star rating. If you get a chance and ask for Robin there is nothing that she can't help you with or find someone to help you

I called them in February mid COVID about a clearance bike. They could not sell me the bike but put my name and number on it and moved it to a separate spot. When they were able to sell me the bike they called and I went right in and got it! Very impressed with the service, they always do an excellent job!
