I booked this hotel & room specifically from its web site stating the room slept 5. After checking in & going to the room, there is no way it slept 5. The room had 2 queen beds & a rolling desk chair & a single wooden chair with a cushion. When I asked at the front desk, I was told the chair was probably considered the 5th sleeping place.nnThe rest of the hotel, staff, cleanliness, etc. were all great. But, please, make sure your web pages reflect the actual amenities of the room.
This hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff was very personable and friendly. I was able to book my room through the Hilton Honors app and open the room with my digital key. Job well done Hilton!
1000000/100 would definitely recommend. The staff here are so nice and the food isn't bad. Sleep here is very relaxing and would definitely encourage others to come here.
Unfortunately I was unable to stay because there were not any vacancies available. But I wanted to give them a good review because the staff was more than helpful. I was able to use the restroom which was spotless and had products for women on the counter in case of emergency.. The attendant tried to assist me in finding another hotel to stay which I greatly appreciated.
First time in a hotel since the Covid lockdown over a year ago. We carefully planned our trip paying attention to the cleaning protocol of each hotel but were nervous none the less. This hotel obviously took their protocols seriously. Very clean; obvious steps taken to keep guests safe, antiseptic wipes in many locations. We were impressed by the innovative ideas for breakfast.nStaff was courteous and friendly. Room was a good size, bathroom was modern. There were only two minor things we disliked; we thought the pillows were too high and we wondered about the elevator buttons being contaminated. We thought wipes in the elevator would be a good idea.
